2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 24 of 2025 arising out of Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 411 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and they have also got married.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 411 of 2024.

10. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
