The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 524(C) of 2015, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, where both party settled there dispute and agreed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15858 of 2017 (3) dt.11-09-2017 live separately, subject to the payment of Rs.1,20,000/- within four months and also to pay Rs.57,800/- of the cost of motorcycle till October, 2017, which would appear from the agreement signed by the complainant the opposite party no. 2, which is annexed with the Mediator's Report dated 06.09.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Complaint Case No. 524(C) of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
