Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2018.

18 litres Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 13.03.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
