2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Unknown criminals after assaulting the victim committed loot of Rs. 2,20,700/-, gold articles etc. The petitioner along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have participated in the loot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2026 having three criminal antecedents.

5. The regular bail application of co-accused Goru Paswan @ Jitendra Paswan and Gautam Paswan @ Vicky Paswan have been rejected by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25738 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 06.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21594 of 2026 and the order dated 08.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21699 of 2026 respectively.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner had participated in the loot and has given self inculpatory statement together with the fact that the petitioner has three criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
