The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 341, 342, 333, 353, 427, 384, 387, 364, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58917 of 2019, which is evident from Annexure-2, and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22863 of 2020(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.01.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.-I, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019.
