2. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of four days in preferring this appeal is condoned.

3. I.A. No. 1 of 2025 stands allowed.

4. The appellant is aggrieved by the judgment dated 15.03.2023 refusing to direct the respondents to count his total service period spent as PACS Manager in the Primary Credit Co-operative Societies.

5. The learned Single Judge, by the judgment impugned, followed the verdict of this Court in CWJC No.492 of 2023 where also, similar prayer for counting of service as PACS Manager was refused.

6. The appellant/writ petitioner had joined the service on Class-III post in the office of the District Magistrate, Begusarai and has now retired.

7. No good ground was made out on behalf of the writ petitioner for the learned Single Judge to take any different view than in CWJC No.492 of 2023.

8. We find no reason to interfere with the

9. The appeal is dismissed.
