Patna High Court MJC No.5433 of 2011 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.06.2011passed in CWJC No. 18472 of 2010.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No.7, Annexure-B whereof being a letter no. 3124 dated 07.12.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court stands complied with.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been served a copy of the show cause/counter affidavit in Court today and seeks liberty to agitate any grievance as may remains in the matter of calculation of dues.

6. MJC No. 5433 of 2011 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
