Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34291 of 2022. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in spite of direction of Hon'ble Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months, trial has not concluded. Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2020.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed.
