Challenge is to an Ordinance amending Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.9264 of 1992 dt.09-02-2017 2/2 Panchayat Raj Act called "Bihar Panchayat Raj (Amending and Validating) Ordinance, 1991.
The challenge to the ordinance seems to be not surviving at this stage after more than 25 years. Even none is present on behalf of the petitioners.
Both the writ and the contempt applications stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
