JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Indisputably, the contempt application arises out of an order passed on the writ petition which again was disposed of in the light of the order passed in LPA No.831 of 2009. Several contempt applications arose from LPA No. 831 of 2009 and its analogous cases which have been considered and dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.06.2011 (since reported in 2015 (4) PLJR 347).

Counsel for the State submits that in view of the aforesaid order passed in batch of contempt applications, the present contempt application has become infructuous.

Patna High Court MJC No.4708 of 2012 (3) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 Mr. Mishra, on the other hand, states that the present contempt application be disposed of in the light of the order dated 21.10.2014 passed in MJC No. 871 of 2012 and its analogous cases.

As the batch of contempt applications arising out of LPA No. 831 of 2009 have been dismissed, the present contempt application is also disposed of in the light of the said order. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U
