This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case no. 350/2014 registered under Sections 413, 414, 409/34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier, the prayer for anticipatory bail was considered and rejected on 18.05.2015. It was observed that if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail the same shall be considered on its own merit. Instead of doing so, nearly 08 months thereafter, the present application has been filed. The counsel for the petitioner made the same submission which were advanced when the case was disposed of. Release of the articles, subsequently, shall not of much relevance in the case of the petitioner.

The application is dismissed.
