The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioners have been made accused in this case. Further submission is that petitioners are innocent and they have committed no offence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
