Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354B, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 31969 of 2016, which was rejected vide order dated 09.02.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition to that effect has been filed before the learned Court below. Copy of the compromise petition has been brought on record as Annexure-3.
