The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 546 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2018. He further submits that petitioner has made accused in the instant case only on suspicion of theft of Swaraj Tractor. He further submits that petitioner is a driver and nothing to do with stolen tractor.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a driver of the vehicle, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
