The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Amendment Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused, petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9909 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
