Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27477 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/3 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448 and 436 of Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of setting fire the house of the complainant and his brother.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Instant case has been filed in retaliation of the case which was filed on behalf of the petitioners. He further submits that good sense has prevailed between the parties and they have filed compromise petition vide Annexure3 to the petition. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari, District- East Champaran in connection
