The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file application/ representation before the District Panchayat Officer for redressal of his grievance within a period of two weeks and the authority may be directed to consider the same.

Having regard to the above submissions, the petitioner is permitted to give his right to the District Panchayat Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On submission of the respondent, the concerned authority shall examine the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of
