JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 The petitioner being husband of the complainant is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application since the issue has been reconciled between the parties. A slip to that effect has also been filed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the complainant that he has no instruction with regard to any compromise between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54855 of 2015 (6) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly the application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Complaint Case No. 2700 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
