Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.03.2020.
