The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have purchased a land fraudulently, which was recorded in the name of mother of the complainant, in connivance with other accused persons.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is the bona-fide purchaser of the land in question and he has purchased the same from Puran Singh, who has already been granted bail by the court below itself, vide Annexure - 2 to the petition. The dispute is civil in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27571 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Saran at Chapra / concerned court in connection with Complaint Case No. 343 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
