The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 341, 323, 307379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is further submitted that the injury purported to have been inflicted on the informant is simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16462 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
