Today, a reply to the petitioner's rejoinder dated 08.05.2023 has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and

5. Annexure 'C' to the said affidavit has been issued in compliance of the order of this Court. The respondents have provided month-wise details of the energy charge from August, 2009. Lastly, it has been shown that the net amount to be charged as on 04/2023 on account of energy charge is

Patna High Court CWJC No.6240 of 2023(5) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Rs.92,195.39/-. No DPS is payable by the petitioner and as such, the final amount which has been found chargeable to the petitioner as on 04/2023 is Rs.92,195.39/- only. Learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company, therefore, submits that now the petitioner is required to pay only Rs.92,195.39/-.

In view of the aforementioned explanations furnished vide Annexure 'C', this Court finds that now nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ application. The petitioner shall ensure the payment of the aforesaid final amount within the provided period.
