Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.70 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to land dispute, the petitioner no.2 is said to have assaulted by iron rod to the informant's brother.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, there is land dispute between both sides and there is case and counter case and the corresponding injury is simple in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54039 of 2016 (5) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 nature. The allegation of petitioner no.1 is concerned, she snatched away a chain. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Sundar Devi @ Siyoliya Bali @ Sijouliya Bali and Ram Prasad Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.70 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
