The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 325, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner was granted bail by the Court below itself, but on account of lack of Pairvi, the bail bonds of the petitioner were canceled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.03.2019.

Considering the fact that earlier the court below has granted bail to the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24475 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bettiah in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 208 of 2018) with the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the court below on each and every date fixed. In case of absence on two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
