Be that as it may if the respondent-Suresh Kumar has been exonerated in disciplinary proceeding or he has been punished other than major penalty, in that event, disciplinary authority is hereby directed to pass a detailed speaking order insofar as regulating the suspension period with reference to relevant provisions under the Bihar Service Code read with Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2005.
5. With the above observation, LPA stands disposed of.
