The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her daughter was married with Ranjeet Sah about 13 years ago and her daughter got four children. Her son-in-law informed her on 29.05.2017 that her daughter set herself ablaze and she was taken to Mayaganj Hospital, Bhagalpur. Later on, her son-in-law informed about the death of her daughter.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and unmarried brother-in-law of the deceased. Marriage was solemnized about 13 years ago and the deceased never complained any ill-treatment at the hands of her in-laws. The petitioners are living separately from the deceased and her husband.

Considering the fact that marriage was solemnized 13 years ago and petitioners, above named, are mother-in-law and

No.48061 of 2017 (3) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 unmarried brother-in-law of the deceased, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
