Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.01.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
