JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that when son of the informant went to graze the buffalo he was chased by the petitioner. On protest being made by the informant, she was assaulted and abused by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on protest being made for grazing crops of the petitioner by the informant's son through buffalo, the accusation has been levelled. For the occurrence of 03.09.2015 at 03.00 am, the FIR was registered on 04.09.2015 at 8.45 pm. Moreover, a statement has

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.290 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
