The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant, Indu Devi, collected the soil at her door and made complaint as to who has fallen soil at her door, on which, petitioner started to abuse and caused injury at her head and wrist.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the nephew of the husband of the informant and due to land dispute, hot talk were exchanged and in that course of informant sustained injury. Moreover, two injuries were found on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48126 of 2017 (2) dt.13-10-2017 the person of the informant are simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
