The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 500 of 2019, arising out of Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 380, 120-B, 34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court had, on 16.10.2020, called for a report from the court below about the stage of the case. The report has since been received which indicates that only five prosecution witnesses out of seven P.Ws. have been examined.

However, learned counsel for the parties have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25101 of 2020(3) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 informed this Court that all the charge sheet witnesses haven been examined.

The prayer for bail is rejected for the present but the trial court is directed to conclude the same positively within a period of four months from today, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court for grant of bail.

The petition stands disposed of.
