2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 76, 352, 351(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

The case of the prosecution, in short, is that on 22.01.2025 at about 06.00 P.M. while two daughters of informant went to bring the fodder of cows then the co-accused persons namely Golu Kumar and Aditya Kumar came there and started molesting both girls. When the daughters of informant raised alarm, the informant reached there and protested the same. Then the co-accused persons started abusing him in filthy language. Thereafter, the petitioner along with other co-accused

No.27692 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 persons came armed with iron rod and pistol and started assaulting the informant due to which he got injury in his hand and the finger of his right hand broken. It has further been alleged that the accused persons are criminal and they have threatened the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. The allegation of molesting the daughters of informant is against co-accused Golu Kumar and Aditya Kumar.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.
6. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner and in fact, he is alleged to be a member of the crowd. The direct allegation is against one Golu Kumar and Aditya Kumar. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents, which has been described in paragraph 3 of the bail application and in all three cases, he is said to be on bail. Under these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his

No.27692 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 3/3 arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
