The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
On robbing of the fifty thousand rupees of the informant the FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation on the confession of co-accused Raju Giri the name of the petitioner sprang up.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession nothing surfaced against the petitioner. There is no recovery from the petitioner and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55570 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
