The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali(Adampur) P.S. Case No.707 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 427, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Chief Executive Officer of B.E.D.C.P.L. company alleged that on 04.10.2017 while he was sitting in his office, wife of Ajay Sahni, Senior Engineer and others came abused and assaulted the informant. The informant further alleged that on 04.10.2017 also after the death of lineman Rajesh Kumar Yadav, one Sunil Jha(Cash Clerk) and Raj Kumar(Meter Reader), the petitioner in collusion with the family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11607 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 members of the deceased and his villagers came to the house of the company and obstructed work.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Petitioner did not participate in the occurrence. The family members and villagers of Rajesh Kumar Yadav entered into the office and ransacked the office after the death of Rajesh Kumar Yadav. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali(Adampur) P.S. Case No.707 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
