JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 It is submitted by Counsel for the respondent Corporation that against the order of Managing Director dated 18.4.2011 the petitioner has remedy by way of appeal before the Principal Secretary, Food & Consumer protection, Govt. of Bihar Patna.

In view of such submission, petitioner's Counsel seeks permission to implead Principal Secretary, Food & Consumer Protection, Govt. of Bihar Patna as respondent No. 7 in the instant proceeding.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
