The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No. 293C2/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47A of the Excise Act.

1 litre country made liquor and 10kg. Jawa Mahua were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is lady. She is a house wife. Her husband was preparing country made liquor made of Mahua. The petitioner has no manner of concern.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46799 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 293C2/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
