The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 24504 of 2014 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that he purchased the land of plot no. 2668, khata no. 296, area 7 katha, but, when he went to construct the boundary wall over his land, one Chathu Lal Sah claimed the land to be his own.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner purchased the land in the year 2008 from one Brajesh Kumar, son of late Mahendra Prasad. After selling the land the name of the complainant was mutated. Chathhu Lal Sah raised objection in the year 2014 without any papers. Considering the facts and nature of allegation, made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
