(ii) For further direction to the respondent-authorities to consider claim of the petitioner and take appropriate decision after giving opportunity of hearing within the time frame.

(iii) For further direction to the respondent-authorities not to give work order to the private respondent for running the retail outlet petrol pump who has been selected for petrol pump for the location Kumma as the respondent authorities, keeping pending the representation of the petitioner, are inclined to issue work order in favour of the private respondent.

(iv) And for any other relief/reliefs."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach respondent No. 3, namely District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Prayer allowed.
