Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.623 of 2018, arising out of Buddha Colony Police Station Case No.178 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Patna.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he committed firearm injury and murder of the brother of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail for the reason that no motive for commission of murder is alleged in the F.I.R. or in the evidence of witnesses and petitioner has got no criminal
