Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made for the joint house of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.06.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
