08.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P. S. Case No. 101 of 2015 dated 20.04.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 465, 466 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Meena Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that this is a case of the year 2015 and the investigation in this case must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation has not been

concluded, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid direction / observation, this petition stands disposed off.
