The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case no. 285 of 2016, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the sister of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law, mother-in-law and married Nand of the deceased, sister of the informant, and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that Rajesh Kumar,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36230 of 2017 (5) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 husband of the deceased is in custody since 23.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
