JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No.44 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners set the daughter of the informant on fire after sprinkling Kerosene oil on her body for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11683 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
