The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 922/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section(s) 341, 323, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant against father, mother and brothers. Petitioner no. 1 and 2 are younger brothers of the informant. Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners is that they assaulted him and his family members as they do not want this informant and his family members to stay at home.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27214 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 apparently there is dispute among the family members of the informant. Petitioner no. 1 and 2 are nonetheless own younger brothers of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 922/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
