Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2022 and he has 23 criminal antecedents.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

The District Judge, Muzaffarpur is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases in one court pending against the petitioner.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is also directed to cooperate in the disposal of the trial and sent a report of the trial within six months as directed by this Court. Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Judge, Muzaffarpur and Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for its forthwith compliance.
