The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No.304 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of creating hindrance in the rural electrification scheme.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are named in the FIR and no specific allegation has been attributed against them and a large number of persons have been made accused.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20177 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above , let the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and their surrender they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 4th, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No.304 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
