Patna High Court CWJC No.10242 of 2020 dt.25-04-2025 2/3 Bihar, which clearly indicates that for the construction of PCC road in Transport Nagar, Ward No. 55, administrative approval for sanction of the amount has been given and an amount of Rs. 20 Lacs has also been sanctioned as supplementary grant for the implementation of the scheme for the Financial Year 2024-25 and such approval has been communicated to the Accountant General. The further grants would be subject to the utilization of the aforenoted amount in the construction of the road.
2. With this decision of the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar, we do not find it necessary to continue with this petition.
3. It is expected that respondent no.
4/Patna Municipal Corporation shall have the road in question constructed within a reasonable period of time, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition by filing a two pages affidavit.
