2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 354(C), 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In brief, allegation against the petitioner is that he posted filthy videos and comments on the mobile of informant and her family members.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is a next-door neighbour of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to the previous dispute between the parties, for which grandfather of the petitioner had lodged F.I.R. on 28.01.2022. He next submits that during the course of investigation it has come that the petitioner is using mobile No. 7004778162 which has never been used to call the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29326 of 2024(3) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P. S. Case No. 537 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
