The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. At the very outset, it has been submitted that in this case Md. Ashif whose case is similar to the petitioner had already been allowed pre-arrest bail by learned Sessions Judge in A.B.A. No. 720 of 2017 vide order dated 24.06.2017 but the prayer of the petitioner has been rejected.
The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that Md. Ashif has been allowed bail.

Case No. 64 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
