The petitioner has made the following prayer:- "For issuance of writ in the nature or mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s direction/s, order/s commanding the respondent to allow fish hunting to the petitioner who has awarded a pond for fish and the execution of works namely vide letter no. 640 /dt 03.07.2022, though the petitioner had been requesting the respondent authority for fish hunting but all the time bare assurances were given for fish hunting in near future as and when no protection would made available to the petitioner.

This writ application is also being filed for other relief as well.

That the petitioner prays for indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for the following relief :- I.

For commanding the respondent to allow the petitioner for fishing in the property in question. ii. For commanding the respondent to quash the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11504 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 order dated 25.01.2021 passed by the learned sub judge -1, Patna in title suit no 39 of 2021 and Sub divisional order in 145.

iii.

For commanding the respondents to pass an order for compensation in favour of the petitioner whereby and where under they invest huge amount upon them interest at the rate 18% per annum as the petitioner has completed the aforesaid works by raising loan on interest from the market.

Any other relief/s for which the petitioner is found entitled be extended to the petitioner." The order dated 25.01.2021, the Sub-Judge has directed both the sides to maintain status quo till final hearing in injunction petition. The petitioner is the son of defendant No. 6. If he wants to get the order modified, he should move the Court of Sub-Judge I, Patna.

It seems that the petitioner is trying to obtain order by misleading this Court.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U
