2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 363/ 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code a registered in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S.Case No. 854 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons abducted the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated and the victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let

No.25014 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh O.P.) P.S.Case No. 854 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
